Serving size: 10 servings 1 c Self-rising cornmeal 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/4 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded 1/2 c Onion; chopped 1 cn Chopped green chiles (4-oz) Drained 1 c Milk 3 tb Bacon drippings 1 ts Garlic powder 3 Eggs; beaten 1 cn Whole kernel corn (7-oz) Drained 1 Jars Diced pimiento (2-oz); -drained

Preparation Time : 0:15 Combine cornmeal, soda, and salt; add remaining ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into a greased 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
