Serving size: 6 Loaf ---------------------JONI CLOUD SSMW41A-------------------------- 2 1/3 c Bread Flour 2 tb Brown sugar 1 tb Dry milk 1 ts Salt 1 tb Butter 1/4 c Nuts;chopped 1/2 c Banana's;mashed2 small ones 3/4 c Water 1 ts Cinnamon; or nutmeg 1 ts Yeast Just add as your B/M requires. I baked it on Bake Light in my Pan-1Lb'er. It came out nice and high and Light, but I thought it could have more banana 's. I used 1/2 cup but would go to 2 small Banana's.Was also good toasted.
