-----1 POUND LOAF----- 2 ts Active dry yeast 2 1/4 c Bread flour 2 tb Dry milk 1 t Sea salt 1/2 ts Baking soda 5/8 c Warm water 1/2 c Sourdough starter 1 tb Canola oil 1 t Honey -----1-1/2 POUND LOAF----- 1 pk Active dry yeast 3 c Bread flour 3 tb Dry milk 1 1/2 ts Sea salt 3/4 ts Baking soda 7/8 c Warm water 3/4 c Sourdough starter 1 1/2 tb Canola oil 2 ts Honey In a small cup combine warm water and baking soda and set aside for 5 minutes. Add dry ingredients to machine and then wet ingredients, including baking soda-water mixture. Start machine using whole wheat mode.
