Title: PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE PIZZA

Serving size: 1 12" pizza 1 12" Dessert Pizza Shell, -unbaked 8 oz Cream cheese, softened 1/4 c Sugar 3 tb Flour 1 Egg yolk 1/2 ts Lemon peel 2 ts Lemon juice 8 1/4 oz Crushed pineapple, drained --------------------------TOPPING------------------------------- 1/3 c Strawberry jam 1 tb Almonds, toasted/sliced Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg yolk, lemon peel and lemon juice until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Spread mixture evenly over pizza shell to within 1/2 inch of edge. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until browned. Spread with strawberry jam and sprinkle with almonds.
