Title: APRICOT DELIGHTS

Serving size: 3 Servings -Jello Book 1 pk (3-oz) any fruit flavor -Jell-O 1 c Sugar 1 cn (1-lb 4-oz) apricots; -drained and pureed 1/2 c Chopped almonds or 3/4 -cup chopped walnuts Confectioners sugar Fruit jellies you can make easily and quickly to add to a dish of candies. Combine Jell-O and sugar in a saucepan. Stir in apricots. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture begins to boil, or is clear and thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts, Pour into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares and roll in confectioners sugar. Let stand at room temperature to dry--3 to 4 hours. Roll in additional confectioners sugar. Store in a covered container, separating layers with wax paper. Makes 3 dozen.
