Title: EASY PRALINES

Serving size: 1 Servings 1 3/4 c Graham cracker crumbs 1 c Pecans; finely chopped 1/8 ts Salt 1/2 c Butter or margarine 2 c Sugar 1 cn Evaporated milk 2 c Miniature marshmallows 1 ts Vanilla

Recipe By : Sue Klapper In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, and salt; set aside. In a heavy large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar and evaporated milk. Stirring frequently, bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, boil mixture 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows and vanilla; stir until marshmallows melt. Add graham cracker crumb mixture; stir until well blended. Working quickly, drop tablespoonfuls of warm mixture onto waxed paper; cool. Store in an airtight container.
