Serving size: 4 Servings 3 qt Freshly popped popcorn 1 c Peanuts (or more, dry-roast) 1/2 c Margarine 1 c Dark brown sugar 1/4 c Honey 1 ts Vanilla Put popped popcorn in a greased 13x9 inch pan, preferably Teflon. Scatter peanuts on top. Bring margarine, brown sugar, and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a low boil and bubble gently for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and stir slightly. Drizzle/pour over popcorn & peanuts. Toss. Bake at 250 degrees for about an hour, tossing every 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, toss again, then chill (best if done in the snow outside, when available!) for 30 minutes. -----
