Title: Curried Fruit
Categories : Fruits
Serving size: 8 Servings 16 oz Pear halves or slices; drain 16 oz Apricot halves; drained 16 oz Pineapple chunks; drained 16 oz Peach halves or slices; -drained 1/3 c Butter 1/3 c Brown sugar 2 ts Curry powder In a 2-quart casserole dish, add all fruits and stir. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and curry powder and mix well. Pour this over the fruit mixture. Allow to stand for 1 hour. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Prep Time: 10 minutes, plus 1 hour standing time.
