Serving size: 6 Servings 6 Peaches, peeled and sliced 1 c Dry white wine ------------------------------MASCARPONE CREAM------------------------------ 1 c Mascarpone 1/2 c Low-fat yogurt 2 tb Sugar 2 tb Peach schnapps, optional Place peaches in bowl. Pour over wine and marinate for 1 hour. Just before serving, scoop out peaches with a slotted spoon and place in glass bowls or wine glasses. Top with mascarpone cream. Mascarpone Cream: Beat together all ingredients. Serves 6. -----
