1 8 oz pkg cream cheese -- softened 2 tbsp sour cream 2 tsp mayonnaise 1 tsp lemon juice 1 8 1/2 oz can artichoke hearts -- drained and chopped 2 tsp garlic salt Caviar Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice; mix well.
