Recipe of Overnight Porridge - Food Recipes

1/2 cup bulghar (the berries give it a nice texture) 3 tabls. oatmeal (I used the 10-grain here) 1/3 c. dried fruit (I used dates and raisens) 1 tbls. molasses 1 1/2 c. water Place all in a bowl at night. In the morning just put it in the microwave for 5 mins. (It says to cover to vent, but I just put the bowl in uncovered.) This is the 4-serving recipe, but I think it could be a hearty 2-serving,IMHO.
