Title: Sausage Brunch Casserole

Serving size: 6 servings 1 lb Sausage 5 Eggs 13 oz Can Pet Evaporated milk 2 c Cheddar cheese,grated 1 1/2 Slices bread,cubed Salt and pepper to taste. Prepare evening before.Cook sausage & drain thoroughly on paper towels.Beat the eggs & evaporated milk slightly.Add sausage,cubed bread & cheddar cheese.Pour into 9 x 9" casserole.Cover with foil.Refrigerate overnight.Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350 degree oven. Onions,green peppers & mushrooms can also be added. -----
