HEAT LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD SAUSAGE PATTIES, FOUR AT A TIME, AND COOK UNTIL BROWNED, ABOUT FIVE MINUTES PER SIDE. TRANSFER TO A PLATE LINED WITH PAPER TOWELING.
