3 Tbsp Caraway Seed 1 Fifth Vodka 1 Cup Sugar Syrup Add the caraway seed to the vodka and let steep for two weeks. Strain out the seeds and add the sugar syrup. This is sharp and piquant in flavor - the caraway seed may be decreaed to 2 tbsp if a less sharp flavor is desired.
