2 Tbsp Caraway Seed 3 Tbsp Fennel Seed 1 1/2 Tsp Powdered Cumin -- * See Note 1 Fifth Vodka 1 Cup Sugar Syrup *we use cumin seed rather than the powdered and work it with the caraway & fennel seeds This is a personal favorite of mine!! Work the seeds in a motor for a few minutes. Add the seeds and cumin powder (if not using cumin seeds) to the vodka and steep for 1 1/2 weeks. Strain the seeds and if there is remaining debris, pour through a paper filter. Add the sugar syrup and enjoy. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
