Ingredients - Preparation Method:

4 Lemons -- Or 1 1/2 Tsp Lemon Extract 1 Fifth Vodka Or Brandy 1 Cup sugar syrup or honey Peel the lemons, avoiding the white pith. Steep the peel in the alcohol base for two weeks;strain through cheesecloth and then add the sugar syrup or honey. If using lemon extract, steep in the alcohol.
