-----HOMEMADE LIQUEURS----- Scraped and sliced peels of -- 4 lemons and 4 limes 3 cups Vodka 1 cup Sugar syrup Steep the peels in vodka for 2 weeks. Filter. Divide into two separate bottles and add sweetener to one bottle only, if desired. NOTE: Substitute 2 teaspoons each lemon and lime extract.
