Serving size: 1 Serving 2 oz Blended whiskey 3/4 oz Sweet vermouth 3 ds Bitters 1 Maraschino cherry In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine whiskey, vermouth and bitters. Stir well. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry. Serves 1. DRY MANHATTAN: Substitute dry vermouth for sweet and lemon twist for cherry. Per serving: 200 calories, 0 grams fat (0 percent fat from calories), 0 milligrams cholesterol, 0 grams protein, 5 grams carbohydrate, 2 milligrams sodium.
