Ingredients - Preparation Method:

16 Oz Prunes 1 Quart Water 4 Tsp Powdered Sugar 1 Fifth 100-Proof Vodka 1 Cup Sugar Syrup Boil the prunes in the water for at least 5 minutes. Cool and discard the water. Put the prunes in a large jar and cover with powdered sugar. Add the vodka and steep for two weeks in a warm but not hot place. Strain the liquid and add the sugar syrup.
