 | Recipe of Yogi Tea - Food Recipes | Yogi tea 1 ltr water 1 largish piece of Cinnamon Bark (not the rolled stuff) 2cm piece of fresh ginger, chopped 2 cloves 5 black peppercorns (I don't use cardamon though, I keep it for my coffee) Bring to the boil (I use a large enamelled teapot) then cool down with 1/4 ltr milk, reboil and finally add a dessertspoon of black tea. Boil up a little more(ca. 1 min), stir and strain, drink with(out) honey. This is still nice when reheated(nuked or otherwise). |
