1 Pound Swiss Cheese -- shredded 3 Tablespoons Flour 1 1/2 Cups Dry Sauterne 3 Tablespoons Brandy Pepper And Nutmeg To Taste Dredge cheese in flour. Heat wine in fondue dish until bubbles rise.
