Ingredients - Preparation Method:

2 oz Unsweetened Chocolate 3 Tbspn Corn Starch 3/4 cup Sugar (more if you like it sweeter) 2 cup Milk (2% is good not skimmed) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract In saucepan combine all ingredients except vanilla. Over medium heat stir constantly, be patient it will thicken as it comes to a boil. Add vanilla and cook while stirring another minute or two.
