Ingredients - Preparation Method:

1 lb peach slices in light syrup -- canned 3 tbsp sugar 1 tsp butter-flavored extract Combine the peaches ( including the juice) and the sugar in a blender, and process until smooth. pour the mixture into a 1-quart pot, place over medium heat, and cook until heated through. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the butter-flavored extract. Serve warm over pancakes, French toast, or waffles. Store any leftover sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
