Ingredients - Preparation Method:

2 cups milk 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon butter -- melted 3 tablespoons gorgonzola cheese -- cru Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and mix 'til smooth. Add milk, stirring until thickened.
