Black Bean Chowder

Ingredients - Preparation Method:

1 cup cooked 97% fat free ham -- cut in 1/2" cubes 1 medium onion -- chopped 2 cans (15 oz.) black beans -- undrained 1 can (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes -- undrained--cut up 1 teaspoon chili powder Spray large nonstick saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add ham and onion; cook over medium heat for 4-6 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. If desired, garnish each serving with a few crushed baked tortilla chips.
