Recipe of Crunchy Spinach Salad - Food Recipes

Title: Crunchy Spinach Salad
Categories : Diabetic, Salads, Vegetables, Dressings
Serving size: 6 servings -----------------------SPIANCH SALAD---------------------------- 1/2 lb Spinach, fresh; torn into 3/4 c Cabbage, purple; shredded -bite size pieces 1/4 c Raisins 2 tb Almonds, slivered; toasted --------------------------DRESSING------------------------------- 1/4 c Sugar 1 1/2 tb Onion, minced 3/4 ts Mustard, dry 1/4 c Vinegar 3/4 ts Salt 1/2 c Oil, vegetable 1/2 ts Celery seeds Combine all ingredients except dressing in a large bowl. Toss and serve with dressing. Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Chill several hours. Shake dressing again before serving over salad.
