Ingredients - Preparation Method:

1 tablespoon canola oil 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil 114 cups sherry 4 cups bite-size broccoli florets 1 large carrot -- peeled and sliced diagonally 2 thin slices fresh gingerroot 1 lb can baby corn -- drained Salt to taste In large skillet or stir-fry pan, heat oils and sheny over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, carrot and ginger and stir-fry until broccoli is crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Add baby corn and stir-fry until heated through, about 1 minute. Discard ginger slices. Season with salt and serve. Makes 6 servings. PER 1 -CUP SERVING: 194 CAL, 5G PROTEIN, 5G FAT, 31G CARB, 0 CHOL, 73MG SOD, 3G FIBER.
