Title: WHEAT LOAF Categories : Vegetarian, Main dish Serving size: 4 servings 2 c Ground seitan mix (see -recipe) 1/2 c TVP® Egg replacer for 2 eggs 1/2 c Carrots; finely grated 1/4 c Tomato paste 2 tb Tomato paste Prepare the egg replacer according to package directions. Mix together all the ingredients except for the 2 Tbs of tomato paste. Pack the mixture into a loaf pan and apread the top of the loaf with the 2 tbs tomato paste. Bake at 350 deg for 35 minutes, or until firm. Serve with a whole grain bread, a cooked vegetable and a salad. Difficult to tell it's not meat.
