Composition:

  • Bulgarian pepper - 0, 4 kg;
  • fresh cucumbers - 0, 3 kg;
  • cherry tomatoes - 0, 25 kg;
  • pitted olives - 100 g;
  • red onion - 75 g;
  • feta - 0, 2 kg;
  • wine vinegar (6 percent) - 60 ml;
  • olive oil - 120 ml;
  • dried oregano - 5 g;
  • salt, black pepper powder - to taste.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash vegetables, pat dry.
  • Peppers from seeds, cut into squares with a face length of about 1 cm.
  • For cucumbers, cut off the tips, cut the fruits into cubes of the same size as the pieces of pepper.
  • Cut the olives across into 3 parts.
  • Free the onions from the husk, cut into small rings.
  • Cut tomatoes into halves.
  • Put the sliced ​​vegetables in a bowl, sprinkle them with oregano and pepper.
  • In a separate container, mix vinegar and oil, pour about 150 ml of dressing into a bowl of vegetables, and mix.
  • Transfer the snack to a bowl or bowl.
  • Cut the cheese into cubes, spread out on top, pour the remaining dressing.

Composition:

  • red onion - 100 g;

Method of preparation:

Composition:

  • feta cheese - 0, 2 kg;
  • pomegranate - 2 pcs .;
  • pink grapefruit - 150 g;
  • orange - 150 g;
  • pears - 0, 3 kg;
  • iceberg lettuce or similar (headed) - 0, 2 kg;
  • leaf lettuce - 100 g;
  • arugula - 100 g;
  • cashews - 50 g;
  • honey - 20 ml.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash fruits and all kinds of lettuce, let them dry.
  • Remove grain from pomegranates. Squeeze the juice out of half.
  • Mix pomegranate juice with honey melted to a liquid state - this will be a dressing.
  • Peel the grapefruit and orange, divide into slices. Remove white films, bones. Pulp break into small pieces.
  • Peel pears, chop pear pulp into medium-sized slices.
  • Coarsely chop arugula and lettuce, mix them with pieces of grapefruit and orange.
  • Fork crumble cheese with a fork, half put it to the fruit and salad.
  • Add a dressing, mix.
  • Tear up lettuce, place it on the dish.
  • Spread pear slices. Put a mixture of salads, citrus fruits and cheese on top.

Composition:

  • chicken breast fillet - 0, 2 kg;
  • canned white beans - 150 g;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 0, 2 kg;
  • red onion - 100 g;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • chili pepper - 1 pc .;
  • olive oil - 40 ml;
  • lemon juice - 20 ml;
  • leaf lettuce - 100 g;
  • spices for chicken, parsley and basil - to taste;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • cherry tomatoes - 0, 2 kg;
  • feta cheese - 0, 2 kg.

Method of preparation:

  • Wash chicken breast, dry it with a napkin, rub with spices and leave for 15-20 minutes. Cut into small pieces and fry until cooked in butter. Put on a plate, cool.
  • Peel sweet pepper, cut into large quarters of rings.
  • Remove the seeds and partitions from the hot pepper, cut its flesh as small as possible.
